back into training now had three runs last week 4/8.5/14 and this morning all bar the 8.5 at 530 in the morning which means up 4.30 run then off to work ,getting up not too have a couple of coffees and off we go ,ive forced my back into going to pool for a mile once a week and now on week 2 of kinectic ,i will attempt a 6.5 speed run on thursday(first for while }just chasing my fitness at the moment hopefully i can get some of it back with less then 3 weeks to race day i may have to rethink my race strategy and run cambridge at my marathon pace{8.10min/mile} instead of well just flat out for a long as can decisions decisions whats a runner to do happy running all

Good to hear your back in training, there's no doubting your commitment with the early hours training your putting in. Good luck for your race, but most importantly enjoy it!

Transport round there is excellent Moger.

It might be better to get the bus into the City centre, and then theres loadsa buses or the tram to go to OT . The hotel will advise you the best one to get . xxx
