Week 9, run 1 tonight and felt pretty strong so pushed on to my 3rd ever 5k with a new PB of 33:34.
Rewarded myself with a bowl of chicken and fresh pasta, followed by an extra large slice of my wife's homemade baked raspberry cheesecake 🍰
