Trying hard to make sure there are no excuses for not running-even did last 2 runs on treadmills as away and also spent a day at a gym! Running indoors was ok for those 2 sessions-but not really for me. Get bored looking at Tv or grey walls and the motion is just different and cant pace myself easily without pressing the buttons all the time! Went out for the run this morning as weather was ok and not as forecast, just hoping it will be ok to get last run in later this week..

Well done!!

I hate running indoors too as i find it mind numbing so I go outside to the park in all weathers...mind you you may go a little mad like me and go out in a day you hadn't planned to just to run in the swirly snow ;)

Haha, snow maybe ok-but don't fancy the skating and looking like bambi!

I walk into a park for that reason (and, to be honest, so no one sees me 'run'...or as few people as possible!). I don't run on Tarmac or pavements...running over dirt tracks or on grass is far less slippy in all weathers...plus it's easier on the knees if you can find somewhere similar ;)

As long as you get your runs in it doesn't matter where. Well done.
