First run of week 2 today, freezing and very slippery spent most of the time trying to avoid falling in my backside, but happy to say I manage to finish and was a reasonably comfortable run...

Hope the cold weather doesn't intefer with the program, if it gets too icy I plan too run at the park on the grass...

We have been discussing Yak Trax and Bettaware ice grabbers for wearing over our running shoes. Miles Yonder has got YT's and I am running in the cheapo Bettaware jobs. You feel much more sure-footed wearing those babies

We have to take care. No-one wants to break anything. Take care out there peeps!

Well done Gaz!!!! Rest up now and gear yourself up for the next run. Hopefully the weather will be better.
