Cold & sneezing

Really chuffed with the first week then came down with terrible cold. So haven't run for a week. Gonna have a go at day one week two today to see how I go. Don't want to start from the beginning

You should be fine. Just take it nice and slow. If you do find it a bit too much (but you won't... ) just pause the podcast and take a longer walk break between runs or cut out the final run. You really don't need to start again.

Whatever happens, well done for getting back out after the cold!
