Finally got the first run of 2015 under my belt today. I finished last year going great guns but a bout of man-flu and a sore hip had put me out of action until today. I downloaded the C25K+ set of podcasts and tried the one called "speed" - wow - it was hard work despite Laura's encouragement. What does everyone else think of these additional podcasts.
Now I've graduated I need to think about some goals to work towards in 2015 and a training plan to keep my motivation as high as possible. I'd like to get my 5K time down to 25 mins, complete a 10K and get into my local Park Run. A belated Happy New Year everyone and happy running!
