Week 3 Run 1... Tick

Was a bit worried about running for 3 WHOLE MINUTES but I was fine. I made sure I stuck to the flat path at the bottom of the park and took it real slow though, next time I'll factor the slight hill back in to see how I cope with that!

Does anyone have a Mantra? And has anyone read The Angry Jogger? (his mantra made me laugh). The Runners World website has lists of words you can choose from, to create your own. Or there's The Little Engine That Could (I think I can, I think I can, I know I can). Mine seems to be...Cup of Tea. Cup of Tea. Great Big Cup Of Tea (muttered under breath to the tune of "Happy" by Pharrell Williams).

Oh that's brilliant! "Clap along if you feel like a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea"
