Fighting Fit... finally!

Ok so back in December i got sick with a chest infection so couldn't run, then i came down with a sickness bug on Christmas Eve. Finally felt 'normal' yesterday, for the first time in weeks.

My question is; how far do i go back? I completed Week 6 just before i got poorly. Should i repeat Weeks 5 & 6, or just 6?

Going to start tonight!

Not really any advice on where to go back to but I just wanted to say I'm glad you're better :-) xxx

I had to take a couple of weeks off a while back with an injury and I just started back where I left off. Try it, and if it's too much go back a week.
