Ok so back in December i got sick with a chest infection so couldn't run, then i came down with a sickness bug on Christmas Eve. Finally felt 'normal' yesterday, for the first time in weeks.
My question is; how far do i go back? I completed Week 6 just before i got poorly. Should i repeat Weeks 5 & 6, or just 6?
Going to start tonight!
