Don't get a lot of time

It has been a very long time since I wrote a post. My job has taken over and my knees are not that good. I have not run in the open for nearly 8 months, but I do go to the gym 3 to four times a week and normally cover 4 miles on the treadmill twice a week and then do the cross trainer and swim a mile weekly.

Going to restart the park runs and see how that goes then I may try to build back up to regular 10 miles over the next four months.

I do still read the posts and will make more of an effort to reply and put on new posts.

I bet now your knees are up to strength on the treadmill they would be fine outside. Good luck!


I was wondering how you good to see you are still managing some runs. So sorry about the knees, they can be really tricky. Take care and keep going :)
