Boxing day run

Well I did go for a boxing day run after all, I had no plans to do so but seeing the crisp frosty morning I thought I had to do it. Ran just over 6K in a good pace no PB today but still faster than my pace about a month ago. It just gets you this running lark I feel so good after each run as I am sure we all do. Now need to get in the zone for my 6 year old grandson visiting for the next couple of days.

Sounds like a great run. Good innit when we can easily beat our own pace from a few weeks ago?
