All up early chez nous as we are ALL going off to do Ormskirk Parkrun. The gifts are all under the tree with running related goodies for daughter number 2 and fiancé of daughter number 1. I treated myself to new trainers - the black version of my pink ones. In winter I realised a second pair was a must! I will have to feign surprise when I open them........
Turkey is now in the oven. Coffee nearly ready with my banana and hopefully able to do my 5km. I have been on injury couch with ankle issues. If this run doesn't work I will be back on the website asking you folks for some advice.
