Merry Christmas plus early present

Merry Christmas everyone I hope you enjoy the festivities and maybe get some nice running goodies in your Christmas presents as you have all been very good runners this year I am sure. I went for a Christmas eve run this morning and yet another 5 k PB of 29:35 these last few weeks have really been good for me.

Now a few days of too much food and time spent with the family before I don the running gear once more. I know many will be running on Christmas day and boxing day, juicyju, Aliboo, Slow_Rob, etc. so good luck to you all.

If you are running over Christmas you will burn loads! I ran 8 k this morning and it burned just shy of 500 calories. Fuelled only on porridge that means I am in credit calorie wise. I earned 389 calories yesterday too. It all adds up to balancing out the Christmas splurge. Wahay!
