Hi all,

Got a great Xmas pressie today, new PB at the Park Run, 36.43, was at 37+ went up to 39, and after my mud bath in the week (see earlier post) , this was great. It may have had something to do with keeping a lady with a Park Run 100 shirt in my sights!

Happy running all, and best wishes for the holidays.

You are all amazing!

Mx
