My thoughts after week 7

Completed week 7 and starting to find that my mind is able to wander more on these longer, continuous runs. I'm thinking less and less about the effort and more about my surroundings. On the third day I could harldy recall the last 10 minutes when I got home! The duration still feels a little daunting at the start but I'm guessing that I'm training my brain as much as my body now?

Thats a wonderful feeling, and as you have even longer runs you just get completely in your zone...well done!
