Week 3, here I come!

So week 2 went pretty smoothly, and this time round I have combined my run with some weight training at the gym and yoga (which is really hard - very different to what I expected). I am feeling much more energetic already, and I have been watching what I eat as well, and I think I am starting to see a little change in my body shape. Nothing drastic as of yet, but I have a 'snug' red, floor length dress to wear on Friday, and so each run is making me feel more confident about wearing it!!

How long after starting the plan did everyone start to notice a change in their body shape? I am not large, 5"5' and I weigh around 10 st (I haven't weighed myself in a while).

Oh well done bridger. It sounds as if you are making great progress. Yes you will see a change in your body shape especially if you are weight training too. Everything tones up and there is less wobble!

I noticed everything firming up quite quickly, say a couple of months, but I was weight training as well as running and I think that speeds everything up. I've notice a huge change in my body shape after running for about a year. So keep at it!

You'll look fabulous in that red dress. Just go for it and enjoy the attention ( men love red!).
