Week 4 - here we go...

Finished week 3 on Tuesday and it was the most satisfying run of the three. I must be honest I found W3 a little tough at first, a jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes doesn't sound much but it was more challenging than I anticipated. Still, every run was run and only walked when Laura told me (one of my goals for the entire programme). So, week 4 starts tonight, and the thought of 3 min & 5 min runs is a little daunting :( However, it will be done! (I'll let you know...) Cheers, Steve.

Well done on getting week 3 over with. Like you I found it a tough one to begin with.

Sometimes I think hearing how long you will be running for is daunting and can start those gremlins. But!.... Your mind is still catching up with how much you can do, and you can do it!

Good luck, looking forward to hearing how it goes :-)

Well done Steve, you can do it , prepare to be amazed !

Keep on trusting in Laura , you know she wont let you down . Just keep doing what you are doing , steady pace, deep breaths , keep calm.....

I was the biggest girl's blouse ever, you've just got to have that belief in yourself that you CAN do it .

Good Luck to you and I hope the weather settles down for you :-) xxx
