Just finished week 7 r1, and now have pain down outside of left leg. Didn't think I would be able to finish the run, but pushed through it. Now it is very stiff and I am limping when walking. Googled symptoms and it came up with peroneous muscle strain. My question is, has anybody tried support straps or socks, and are they any good. I am going to give it 2 days rest rather than one, but I really don't want to stop for any prolonged period now.
