Week 9 underway

Thanks to an early rising baby I found myself out for my Sunday run earlier than usual. About the same time as my other runs in the week.

For some reason I felt a bit apprehensive about starting week 9. I even had the "I can't be bothered to go" thought today!

Don't worry I had a word with myself and went out.

It was a pretty good run in the end. I kept the pace steady.

I do wish I could find somewhere flat and even to run!
