Visiting the UK this week. Did a run this morning around Draycote Reservoir. Very enjoyable. Used my new running shoes that I bought from runner's need in Birmingham yesterday. They were very comfy. The road around Draycote Water is all tarmac, whereas my route at the side of the Loire is sand and grit. Looking forward to doing a ParkRun at Leamington on Saturday morning

By the way, the shoes are Brooks Ghost7. I had a gait analysis and my gait was found to be totally neutral. It was interesting as my right foot points outward a little as a result of breaking my ankle 20 yrs ago, however both feet land completely perpendicularly.
