I did it, I finally completed week 1 (after 5 runs not 3) and have just completed Week 2 RUN 1 ... i have to say I feel pretty good. Its going to be a long road back to fitness for me, 6 years of PMR and prednisone have taken their toll, over weight, tired and in constant pain, but I am on my way ; -)
I will diarise my achievements (good and bad) over the coming weeks. Keep you posted G
