Decided a few weeks ago to re-do the programme. To be honest I don't like running for stretches - much prefer the run for one music track and walk the next. But hey ho.
This morning was beautiful. Took this picture from the car park just before I started.
Repeating the run (didn't realise until I uploaded my Garmin trace), meant I was able to compare the four runs. Definitely an improvement.
Still don't like doing stretches but the route was wonderful (Pype Hayes to New Hall) Squirrels, birds, sunshine, dogs (many shapes and sizes), pleasant walkers and runners. What else could I ask for?
