I'm back

After suffering a medial tibial stress fracture back in March and several weeks of physio and lots of waiting patiently for the damn thing to heal I'm back. My latest copy of runners world magazine dropped through the letter box this morning and I just decided today would be the day to get back to it the big question was where to start having almost completed the programme it was slightly demoralising to go right back to the beginning but I didn't want to push it and risk being laid up again so I started with week two run one not far from the start but far enough to feel good about it and yes I completed it and it was hard but the right place I feel can't wait to do day two now it feels great to be back at last :) one happy runner

Oh Well done to you for getting back into it, that must've been a nasty injury. I wish you every success and hope you continue back to full strength.
