Completed week 8 run 2 yesterday on my first visit to a gym in six years...would it be wrong to say I found it easy? Weird. Definitely easier to keep a constant pace, I just hope I'm pushing myself enough?

I suppose it depends on what speed you set the treadmill for. I found my first treadmill run hard but probably because I didn't know what speed I was running at outside.
I found the treadmill easier the first couple of times but then the boredom hit me so I went back outside. I think when you change your location, along with the consistent pace of a treadmill the run should feel a bit easier. Did you have it at the same pace as you run outside? Also the programme is designed in a way that you are getting fitter every week without relishing it so it could just be that that is making your run feel easier. Well done nearly there for graduation run and wow what a feeling that is.
i have done all of my C25K so far on the treadmill... currently on Week 8 as well. Can't say i find it easier as i've never run outside... but by the time i get home from work its dark or rainy and i find i'm more motivated knowing i'll be in the warm and able to complete my run safely
