Got up this morning and went out to do week 4, run 3. I completed it although it did feel harder than the previous run. That could have been down to the fact it was very windy this morning though but am glad I got it done.
This is the furthest I've got on this program and I feel more motivated now. My trainers are doing a fantastic job of keeping me pain free which is good. I've alternated rest days - some times I've taken two and sometimes I've taken the one and I think I'm starting to find a pace when I am running that I can stick with
Enjoying it much more and looking forward to week 5 now. Anyone else just finishing week 4 and starting week 5 on their next run?

Hi Rocketred I also completed W4R3 this morning and found it much harder than the previous runs. I'm doing mine on the treadmill though so the wind didn't affect me, hopefully I was just having an off day. I stick with the same days every week so run on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays so I'll be starting W5 on Friday and to be honest the thought excites me and terrifies me at the same time. The weeks seem to be going so fast we'll be graduating before we know it
Well done for finishing week 4 - that's awesome! I tend to run every other day if I can so sometimes I do put in an extra rest day and end up with different days.
Week 5 is exciting but slightly terrifying for me as well! I'm sure it'll be fine though - I was nervous about both week 3 & 4 but I've coped with those okay
