W9D1 - 25 down 2 to go

Last ran on Thursday and went away for the weekend for a nice relax on a Reiki Retreat - was bliss. I has all the good intentions of doing a run yesterday, but was too chilled to be getting all hot and sweaty.

I must say that I keep thinking OMG 30 mins really can I do 30 mins, as people know treadmill running can be tedious, scrapped the running music again for songs I just know so that I can sing along in my head and or mime. Happy to hear Laura's voice say 5 mins, 10 mins etc and really wondered if I could make it. I was the only one tonight on the treadmill for most of the time and it was dark outside so all I could see was me in the window!!!!!

Well I kept at a steady speed of 7 all the way through until the last minute when I whacked it up to 8.5 - I think my smile was all telling when I was told that I could walk and well done.... left the gym and did the the hands up baby hands up (its ok, been told that that is totally allowed)

Getting the balloons blown up and the glitter ready for Saturday / Sunday day 3 and hoping that I can stay focused without the program. Him indoors did not come to the gym with me today.... was sooooooooooo tempted to say I'll go another day, but cracked on and did it as I am out Tue, and Wed - hope I will keep focused when C25K gone and finished!
