Hello, I've just done the first run of week four and I couldn't believe I did it! I feel so proud of myself. Week 1 I couldn't get through a full 60 seconds. Anyway my only problem is my weight is not shifting. I use my treadmill every day brisk walking for 45 mins. Combined with my morning run I'm burning between 600 and 700 calories a day. I'm eating healthy but the scales arnt moving . Did anyone's else have this problem?
