Can't believe I ditched running a few months ago 
Glad to be back on it and feeling the addiction starting to slowly kick it. The weather was in my favour too so it was a real treat! I am looking forward to starting week 2 on Tuesday. Everyone is supportive here too, which is a great motivation for me. Thanks guys x
