Hi Couch to 5Kers I hope you are running well? I was wondering if any of you that haven't already done so would take a few moments to share your experiences of using the Couch to 5K program in an online survey? The survey is secure and annonymous and all answers are treated confidentially.

I am a PhD researcher at Leeds Beckett (formally Metropolitan) University evaluating the effectiveness of Couch to 5K. I would love to hear about your journey thus far.
