What is it about this running malarky that makes you step outside in way less clothing than normal, even in the cold and pouring rain? As I was splashing through muddy woodland puddles I found myself grinning like a kid! Was on a great flat when Laura said time was up, so just kept on running as had found a good rhythm (shhh...mcFly helped a bit too - lol) and did 30 minutes instead of 25! Whoop!
Ps Caro...no tropical sunshine, more monsoon!

Brilliant, well done you! Sounds like you are going really well & loving it! I'm like that grinning kid too... Excellent feeling isn't it?
The dark mornings are a pain, make it diff for me to get out and back before work, but it's my best time mentally. Think of me in the rain tomorrow , ha ha xx good luck with your next run x

I know! I can't believe I go out in a tee shirt. I used to be a complete wuss but I think it toughens us up. I used to run with a warmer top round my middle but I can't be bothered with that now and just go for it, hoping that my timing brings me back near to home
