Third run back into my groove since injury and it poured. I made myself go out in it and with a (child's XL...somewhat small on my size 14 frame) rain jacket I did my plod.
It's slightly depressing realising how much fitness I have lost through not running for such a long time, my speed has decreased by about a minute per km. I know it's just a case of getting going again but it's so hard to be motivated this close to the clocks changing & when running in the dark will be my only viable option.
Still, I'm continuing on W5 R2 for a couple more runs just to get back into it, before I hop back to my own music, sorry Laura, there's only so much I can take!
Does anyone have any good running CDs they can recommend? I've got "Stronger" in my head now because I read a post with that in, so music like that?
P.s. I am looking forward to my breakfast tomorrow, a nice big "buildup" porridge for the evenings exercise! Yay
