Hi Katie great to see you are still working on your research. I know a lot of our members have already answered your survey in the last couple of months. You might be lucky enough to catch some of our newer members as they are coming up to graduation now. Hopefully the results of the survey will help to get the message across to more People. There are many of us with adverse medical conditions which affect our ability to do Couch to 5K... which does not mean that we haven't completed C25K and become a lot fitter!
Thats great news The question on the survey is to just to ensure that taking part in the research will not cause harm to you in any way. If you have been using the app already you will be completely fine to complete the survey. It is just a clause that has to be on the consent section. Many thanks, Katie
