wk6 run 3

completed this 25 min straight run yesterday...felt ok for 1st 5 mins...pyschologically better at 12.5 mins cos i was on the home stretch....but when 'Laura' said i had 5 mins left i was mightily relieved....and only just made it to the end by the skin of my teeth. I found that last 5 mins tougher than the first 20 mins...i don't get breathless just very tight calf muscles!!!

But you finished! And you are now officially a runner too! My fave bit of the whole programme I think!
