Quite a warm day in sunny west end!!!! Just finished run 3 :-) rest days helped a lot....will be running again tomorrow ( working Thursday & Friday 12 hour shifts!!!!) : :-( ) ,this way of preparing for running 5k is great !!!!.... ;-)

It's simply the best way!

It's proven to work and from what I've seen on here, so many just keep with it - can't say better than that!
