So on Monday morning I ran week 6 run 3, but gave up at 21.5 mins. So close yet so far. I was so disappointed!
I blamed a hilly route, but according to run keeper I covered 4.9km so I think I just went far too fast.
Anyway today I tried again.
My usual flat route. Much slower, covering 4.26km instead. And I made it. Also wore the wrong trainers so the gremlins nearly got me again! But surely that means I can definitely do week 7 run 1 when wearing the right trainers
I do find the longer distances harder and miss a short interval. But one run at a time eh!

Well done karenoc; of course you will do week7. Hills are tiring and wear the legs out. There is plenty of time to tackle hills, but for now it's about beating those gremlins and completing the runs.
Your usual route, correct trainers and a nice, steady pace and you will smash it. xxx

I love the end of WkR3 - it's been my favourite bit so far (though I've yet to get through to the end, so I'm hoping that will produce a similar high!). Well done missus.
