Its time for new running shoes, I'm getting lots of aches and pains, my question is, do you think I could buy kids running shoes to save a few pennies? I have small feet and looking online the kids trainers seem to offer the same support as the adult ones, what do you think?

If they're proper kids running shoes. I think most of the manufacturers make their running shoes in kids sizes so it should be fine. If you have a look say on Sportsdirect or Sweatshop or whatever you'll find them. They do road or trail ones

Good hunting

You might want to check whether width is different as well. But it is true that in many shoe ranges there is an overlap between adult and children's sizes, and sometimes the style is identical. In that case its always more interesting to buy from the children's range as there is less (no ?) VAT to pay. (used to work in a shoe shop.)
