Got back from a weeks holiday, did not have space for running shoes as I needed my walking sandals. Thought that I would give week 6 run 1 a try this evening, normally I prefer to run first thing in the morning, but I was up at 3.30am to get to the airport and only got home mid-afternoon.
I decided that if I struggled with the run I would give up and repeat week 5 starting tomorrow morning. Surprised myself by finding the run easy and even ran/walked further than before. Hopefully run 2 will be as enjoyable!
