I have been running regularly three times a week. However I have started walking at times. It is almost like my subconscious takes over and the next thing I am strolling along again! This morning I have gone out and ran three miles. No stopping or walking just kept going. My time was slow but I have managed it. Tomorrow for the first time I am planning on running on a consecutive day just because I am going to struggle to fit a run in until Saturday otherwise. It will be interesting to see how that goes. I hope everyone is still loving the running and making the most of the sun while it lasts.

Well done. The best part is getting out there and not being sat on the couch. So again well done

Hi Loubee - can you try planning an alternative route, just to ring the changes? I found that when I repeat the same route over and over, I get bored and find it hard to get motivated to get out and run. Perhaps taking a different route will give you something new to look at, and distract the shoulder gremlins ("You can walk if you want").
