W4R3 - Week Complete

I went out last night to complete week 4. Sorted.

I took a nice leisurely pace throughout as I have been doing all this week, and enjoyed the run again, although tonight the final section was a little harder, probably because I have done it 3 times in the last 5 days. Not too bad in all though.

I'm enjoying logging the runs on my Garmin Forerunner 310xt which is making looking back at the pace changes, hills etc quite interesting (I'm a bit of a stats freak...)

I'm off to the Parkrun again tomorrow for a trundle round, so will be starting week 5 on Monday evening...

It sounds like you are really enjoying your running :) Good for you, I love it, even though I run with snail like speed! On to Week 5 now .... let us all know how you find it.
