With the sounds of Aussie running out of breath...

Here's the course for tomorrow... if I manage up and back I'll be happy enough... :)

Hills - the secret weapon to speed and endurance... Not too many sessions like this now folks, slow and steady and all that... but every now and then... hmmm...

Wish me luck (and I still can't believe M_Y does STAIRS.. STAIRS... the crazy northern lad...!)

There and back again? First 1km of the return leg will get your HR up. But our inclinous friends are only there to give us strengthening exercise. Enjoy!

Should I just run up and down the hill bit? Or run up, walk down.. Repeat until "broken"?? :)

Good luck with the hills, Aus! :-) Keep up with it; they really are worth it in the long term, honest! I'm just in from the exhausting weekly stair session! :D

I read somewhere than walking up and running down is the answer with hills :-)
