Back to week 4 - correct decision

Run 2 week 4 completed this morning watching the sun come up over a beautiful looking Redditch. Took the advice of some of the lovely people on here to step back a week after having a break whilst on holiday and I am pleased to say it was the correct advice.

Still tougher than I remember but when I finish the feeling of elation is exactly how I remembered before I took the break. Really looking forwards to Friday when I get to do it all over again confident that I will now be able to tackle week 5.

Thanks for your ongoing support!

You're welcome Herb! Glad you're still enjoying the programme. I know I did. Nothing quite like that feeling which comes at the end of the run. The feeling of pure relief and elation that you nailed another one.
