Well I went out for W3R1 this evening, and just as I started my warm up walk, the heavens opened. Unperturbed, I went for it, and actually found it easier with the two x three minute runs and the 2 x 90 second runs than I found the week 2 runs...
I hope this continues!
I was a bit sore on the back on my shins tonight, but thats because I didn't do any stretching and I was a little stiff after getting round the Parkrun last weekend.
Onwards and upwards, and I am looking forwards to my Wednesday evening run now
