Morning Dozz! I'm proud to say I completed the triathlon this morning by doing 30min on the static bike at the gym. Didn't get very far and didn't get there very fast but I did it!! Yippee!! Quads aching a bit now but knee fine. I'm a happy gym bunny.

I am in the city with the castle and palace and famous festival, and, as you know I am always well stocked with supplies, so if you need to replenish your stocks just let me know.
