Well after a fantastic busy week in dorset with my partner and our lovely 7yr old granddaughter....no chance of a run....have been struck down with an awful buģ the details of which I will not go into . Sufficient to say I have lived on dry toast, the odd banana and water. Day 7 now feel much better but not sure got the energy to do a run but feeling the need to get back to it. Ohhh help !!!
