And it's just cost me £38 in the holland & barrat penny sale , good grief it a expensive carry on this running lark ! But I got two jars of cod liver oil tablets 1000 mg & two jars of glucosamine tablets 1000mg . They should keep me running .

Hahaha! I came out of H & B this week £30 lighter too. I reckoned that my poor old bones and joints deserved a bit of pampering for having brought me this far. I opted for fish oil tablets rather than the cod liver oil. I am sure they will do me good but can't say I am a big fan of the tuna burps that follow every capsule. Eeuuww!! Only another 80 capsules to go....

I take a fish oil capsule every day and if I forget my big toe dunt 'alf protest. Ouch. I get em from Tossco though

So are fish oil and cod liver oil good for joints? I have heard of glucosamine tablets for joints. I can only remember having cod liver oil as a child and i believed it was given to help prevent colds i.e. Vitamin C.
