I admit, occasionally I DO join in a little bit, but I try to keep it to a minimum, got to think of the neighbours lol

This sounds wonderful! I would join a running group like this in a heart beat, and that's something coming from someone who's always hated any sort of organised sport. Singing is brilliant for increasing lung capacity, combatting asthma and promoting well being. Can't vouch for the sound I'd be making though, but suspect I wouldn't care too much

I do sing along sometimes, I figure its as good a way as any of making sure I'm still at "conversation pace".
