Challenge done (apart from the running!)
Monday - cycle
Tuesday - brisk walking (very tempted to break into a run, but was good and didn't)
Wednesday - swim
I used to swim a lot and realised today that I miss it, so thank you Dozzer for the challenge and for getting me back in the water.
I will do this again when I'm back running again.
Such fun!
