Graduated-now what?

So I did my final C25K run on Friday and then ran for 30 minutes last night. I liked the sense of achivement that the program gave me, but I know that I don't want to move onto the 10k one.

Is anyone on here doing the C25k+? If so, how are you finding it? Are you doing one of the podcasts a week and then just running for the rest of the week?

Just wondered how people fitted it in!

  • Must look at that one and possibly make it the way forwards.

    Are you still doing the triathlon?

  • Why not think about repeating the whole C25K?? This time, you won't be so hesitant, so cautious - because you know that you can do it -- so you can do it a whole lot faster and tougher.

  • I just have to do my swim dozzer - tempted to nip out tonight and leave the husband to sort the kids ;-)

    I think I would feel like that as a backwards step bazza - im so scared that if stop running for 30 minutes at a time., I won't be able to do it anymore!!
