So I did my final C25K run on Friday and then ran for 30 minutes last night. I liked the sense of achivement that the program gave me, but I know that I don't want to move onto the 10k one.
Is anyone on here doing the C25k+? If so, how are you finding it? Are you doing one of the podcasts a week and then just running for the rest of the week?
Just wondered how people fitted it in!

Why not think about repeating the whole C25K?? This time, you won't be so hesitant, so cautious - because you know that you can do it -- so you can do it a whole lot faster and tougher.
I just have to do my swim dozzer - tempted to nip out tonight and leave the husband to sort the kids
I think I would feel like that as a backwards step bazza - im so scared that if stop running for 30 minutes at a time., I won't be able to do it anymore!!
