So I did my final C25K run on Friday and then ran for 30 minutes last night. I liked the sense of achivement that the program gave me, but I know that I don't want to move onto the 10k one.
Is anyone on here doing the C25k+? If so, how are you finding it? Are you doing one of the podcasts a week and then just running for the rest of the week?
Just wondered how people fitted it in!
