I completed W9R3 last night and feel so good !! Not reaching 5k yet but hopefully that will come soon ! I intend to do two runs a week where I start on podcast 1 again and do a faster jog and "normal" jog (normal for me) instead of jog and brisk walk. Then my third run will be to increase the time running by 10%. Can anybody recommend a decent pedometer please? I got one from Amazon and it's useless but it was cheap so I can't expect much ! I am aware there are apps for mobiles but I'm not keen on carrying my mobile whilst running so would prefer a pedometer that I can clip onto the waistband of my running trousers !
