Well that was tough. I managed it but with little in reserve. Followed the program though and feel good for having completed it. Must say thanks to all those who have chipped in with positive encouragement. This has been a great. Am really feeling I am now getting somewhere. Recovery is getting better too.
On to week 6 next..!

Well done! I assume you meant W5 R3 as you're onto week 6 next!? I completed W5R3 today so understand the achievement you must be feeling. Keep on trucking - we'll be graduates yet!
Keep plugging away, I found it great having a specific programme to follow. I started this time last year, I'm signed up for a half marathon in Oct, which does make me a little nervy! Keep going, I was never a sporty type, but I'm a reformed woman :0)
