Yay done it though not feeling quite so smug as I did at end of W5! W6 R2in 0 degrees in Queenstown NZ was pretty challenging but on the whole I'm feeling pretty happy and my legs are feeling strong though I cant quite get the combo of legs and lungs feeling strong at the same time yet. Also googled Parkrun as so many people had mentioned it and it turns out we have a few operating here in West Australia so might check that out. Do they let you join in if you cant run a full 5 kms yet??
